9.1.3 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree with at least three years at Lecturer Level plus three peer reviewed publications • OR Masters degree with at least three years at Lecturer Level plus five peer reviewed publications OR A registered professional with at least 20 years working experience preferably in Research or Consultancy with Masters degree in relevant field 10 consultancy/research reports of the academic and professional appreciable depth OR A registered professional with at least 10 years working experience preferably in Research or Consultancy with Doctoral degree in relevant field 5 consultancy/research reports of the academic and professional appreciable depth. • She / he must have attained a B+ (GPA of 4.0/5.0) at Masters Degree and a minimum GPA of 3.8/5.0 in the Bachelor’s degree. • Must have a maximum age of 45 years.

 10.2 SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER I 
10.2.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. • Collects information for training sponsorships from the colleges/training institutions. • Prepares training budget. • Coordinates staff promotions. • Conducts on job training for newly recruited Human Resources Officers II. • Deals with staff conditions and services. • Collects and maintains up to-date manpower data. • Processes applications. • Handles staffs Pension and Insurance. • Deals with legal issues. • And any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time 10.2.2 QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor Degree either in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Manpower Planning or Sociology, • Certificate of proficiency examination for Human Resource Officers. • At least 5 years working experience in human resource management. • Computer literate is essential. 10.2.3 REMUNERATION • Attractive remuneration package in accordance with the Institution’s salary scale PGSS 12
