We are usually limited to seeing things such as loft sails. We believe the lofty sails are the ones which make the ship move. While this is true, but it is not the full truth. There is unseen wind which makes the whole lot of difference. As you are a leader in your sphere of influence, remember the 'little guys,' are the ones who are making you to ride high in the charts. So do not mistreat them. You are required to treat them with dignity, honest, approbation, fairness and transparency. These are ones who are keeping you.
