I wish we as leaders or leaders in the making may buy this maxim in full price and be committed in producing more leaders, and not followers. It calls defeating our deep selfishness within. It calls defeating the cancerous cells of jealousy. I confess, it is not easy for mortal beings. If we have God on our side, this is possible. If we will follow this trend, we will give every support needed to both seasoned leaders and emerging leaders. At the end of it all, it will engraved on our tombstones that 'Here lies a great leader produced more leaders! Have a nice day.
