I agree with this saying. The problem of many 'leaders' is that they feel insecure if those under them are achieving something. At that moment a game of bad politics normally begin! I wish all of us we could be like Nyerere who was willing not to be the first Prime Minister of Tanzania, it was not because he was not able, but that is the spirit of great leaders. I wish we could be like Mandela, who took joy of those who were under him, he took only one term of presidency! I wish all of us could be like Jonathan of the Bible, who relinquished his position of being a heir to the throne. He gave that opportunity to David, who was not even his younger brother!
