When a person mentions leadership, the immediate interpretation is political leadership, business leadership , religious leadership etc. While this is true but such areas are not the only ones that encompass leadership. If you are situated in any place and are surrounded with people, and you conceive you can make them better, then you are leader! For example a teacher who wishes to his/her students to excel if possible more than him/her, that is a leader. A leader is a person has a vision of helping people to make a breakthrough of their own lives! Unfortunately many people are branded as leaders, but they are not! Be a good leader today!
