"Education is the most powerful weapon that can change the world." Nelson Mandela
We are here on the second and last day of this conference at Julius Kambarage Nyerere International Conference Centre. We will be deliberating proposals which may change the entire destiny of Tanzania Constitutional Review for distant future generations. We are discussing openly all forms of governments. We are also confronting head-on the irritants of the republic. It is also a time of networking. One person said that if you need to be successful, you need 3 'Cs' meaning Cash. I met Dr. Hilonga, a distinguished engineer who works at Nelson Mandela. Another person is Dr Eliamani Laltaika, a lawyer who specializes in indigenous knowledge and patents, he has won a lot of international accolades in his line. He is a lecturer at Nelson Mandela. Another person is Hon Mashaka Mtegwa, who lectures in law at SAUT in Mwanza. I am told he is known as 'Jembe' [a hoe] at Saint Augustine University. We were friends since secondary school days
