Aristotle on our Habits

" We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act, but a habit." Aristotle
It was all nailed by Aristotle in the last 2000 years ago that, " We are what we repeatedly do." And that is simple. If it is a bad habit, it is what you've been repeatedly doing it. If it is a good habit is is still what you've been repeatedly doing it. If you wanna break a bad habit, it needs a sacrifice; if you wanna keep a good habit, it needs a sacrifice too. And still if you wanna continue being in a bad habit, it is also a sacrifice. So in either way, it is a sacrifice. For example for me to post a new encouraging idea in everyday, I must log into the internet, I must find a suitable quote, I must endeavor to think on how I can interpret it without hurting somebody. And all of this takes time. As you all know the we live in a busy world. However since it is a good habit and it  is profiting people from all over the world, I will keep this habit. So begin building an excellence on something by building a good habit!
