Dear viewers I am in Dar es Salaam attending the above said conference. The aim of this conference is to discuss and give a recommendation report to the forthcoming Bunge la Katiba. The views are expected not to be inclined in a certain political party, but will take an academic approach in dealing with political issues in Tanzania. So the 100 academics have been selected from 33 universities across Tanzania. We will also have few invitees from abroad. The guest of honor is expected to be Dr Ghalib Hilal, (Second Vice President) since the Hon Dr. Kikwete has other pressing responsibilities.
