I believe whoever who reads this blog is a sort of a leader in one way or another. You do not need to be a politician or a CEO to be recognized as an effective leader. Wherever in the section of life you are believe that you are a leader. Even if people tell you that you were not born a leader, encourage yourself that leaders are not born but made. The one key element to know that you are a leader, is that if people are consulting you on a certain aspect then you are a leader. An effective leader is the one who motivates others to do things because they like those things. In essence any effective leader must be able to think in terms and concerns of the followers. It is like choristering a choir. When you set a good tune, everybody will get into singing and dancing! Wishing you a happy leadership day!
