DID GHANDI CLAIM A POSSIBLITY TO MAKE A MISTAKE?

Written By Unknown on Monday, 20 January 2014 | 22:50

"I claim to be a simple individual liable to err, like any other fellow mortal. I own however, that I have a humility enough to confess my errors and retrace my steps."

If there  is a person who has influenced great minds like of Martin Luther King Jr, Nelson Mandela, Barack Obama is the little Gandhi.  He has not influence only great minds, but also ordinary minds from all over the world.  What was his secret, he dressed simple; ate simple; spoke simple (no jargon); but most importantly he believed that he could make mistake anytime and be willing to take a responsibility to confess and retrace his steps! How many of us are deceived by our status quo and are not willing to bend down if we've made mistakes. Yet we claim to be believers in God; yet we aspire to be great people. Today Gandhi is challenging us to live simple; be reminded that we are finite and mortal. Have a nice working day.
