I concur with the above quote, most of us, will never make anything meaningful in life since we procrastinate a lot. We want perfect conditions while we live in an imperfect world. I know of a person who has been applying for further studies almost in each week, but has never gone to any school for the last 3 years. You can imagine the number of applications he has filed. So if we wonna be successful we need to know that procrastination is a thief of time.
