That is life and that is reality. That that is when you do not know about your dreams, someone will discover them on your behalf and use them as a ladder to success. Steve Job discovered this and he went and invented Apple computers and added the touch screen technologies. Billy Gates also discovered that he was responsible for his own dreams and employed his classmates as engineers to fulfill dream. It is OK to be hired, but you need to have your own dream that you will pursue and leave a legacy long after you are gone! Is somebody using you to fulfill his/her dream, accept him or her only for a time, then move on with yours! Do not also forget to use others' dreams!
