For ordinary persons the year end is the time to eat and drink, sending gifts etc. But for extraordinary persons, this is the time for soul searching, a time for deep self reflection; a time radical self analysis. I will focus on the second category. If you belong into this category you should be evaluating what has been achieved and for what reasons, and what has not been achieved, for what reasons again. I want to applaud you what you achieved through strategic planning, hard work and creativity. But if things did not work out, do not despair, because the anonymous said, "every end is a new beginning." Join others in celebration but with new resolutions for the year 2014!
