UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS AS A GREAT SOURCE OF LEARNING?

I concur with Bill Gates, to a larger extent. In the years my 'customers' were most unhappy, I made unprecedented learning and achievement. So lets us learn to be positive in every situation, especially the bad ones. It is naturally hard, but we can try!
